Tuleika Building Company has been building custom homes in Cape Cod since the year 2002. We pride ourselves in completing each project with the highest degree of craftsmanship, timeliness, and communication; because in our mind, those are the 3 most important principles to keeping our customers happy. For this reason, we only work on 1 home at a time – seeing it through from start to finish with all of our attention on your home.
Our team of home builders has experience making all types of homes beautiful across the Cape Cod area. We have vast experience in: New home construction, remodeling & restoration, kitchen and baths, and custom framing projects.
Our Background
Our owner, Viktar Tuleika, is a fourth generation craftsman from Belarus. Viktar recalls the grand castles that he grew up around in Belarus, this is where he first fell in love with construction. “I dreamed of being able to build homes as beautiful as the ones I grew up around. I started working towards that dream at the age of 11, I still love building just as much as I did then.”
After Viktar moved to Cape Cop, he started Tuleika Building Company. The company first focused on what large custom framing projects, but after his clients saw how precise his work was they began asking him to take on other projects as well. It wasn’t long before Tuleika Building Company was building new custom homes, doing complete renovations of older homes, and performing kitchen and bath remodels.
Although we’ve grown a lot in the last 18 years, there is still 1 thing that stays constant: our meticulous attention to detail. We have a slogan around here that we live by – Perfection is not an accident. Our work speaks for itself, and that’s why I’m happy to put my name on it.
